Josh is currently the Director of Human Resources at KKT Architects, an organization he has served proudly and enthusiastically for over 20 years. He partners his expertise in Human Resources with an excitement and lens for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and brings that convergence to all of his personal, professional, and community-focused engagements. He has enjoyed his time serving on the CRSOK HR Committee and looks forward to bringing even more growth and human-focused enrichment to those committee objectives.
He served as the Legislative Chair for Tulsa Chamber Mosaic from 2018-2020 and is a current member of Oklahoma Academy as well as being a Precinct Official for Tulsa County Election Board. He believes in the power of all citizens to use their collective voice to advance public policy and create positive legislative transformation.
Josh carries that passion for inclusion, acceptance, and transformative change into his advocacy for mental health as well. He is certified in Mental Health First Aid and is pursuing his MHFA Instructor certification. He has personally benefitted from years of compassionate mental health services and treatment and believes that every person should have access to mental health care that is focused on both quality and dignity.
With a foundation in fine art and holding a bachelor of arts in Musical Theater from The University of Tulsa, Josh is joyful to also serve the local arts community through engagement as a board member for Harmony Project Tulsa and as a founding member of the Voices of Unity Community Choir. Josh is also proud to be an alum of Leadership Tulsa Class 62.
In his free-time Josh enjoys volunteering every week with Meals on Wheels, is an avid vinyl record collector, loves travelling with his partner James, gardening, baking, and singing publicly as often as he can.
