Paden Ferguson
Member / Padianos Kitchen
Paden Ferguson is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Padiano’s Kitchen, an Oklahoma based better-for-you snack and seasoning company focused on creating bold flavors without artificial dyes or unnecessary ingredients. Through his work as both an entrepreneur and social media content creator, Paden has built a platform that reaches millions of individuals each year with a focus on accessible, natural food alternatives.
Prior to founding Padiano’s Kitchen, Paden held leadership roles in customer experience and operations at companies including Tesla, CarMax, and Fulcrum. His professional experience spans team leadership, strategic growth initiatives, and customer success across both startup and enterprise environments.
Paden’s passion for mental health advocacy is rooted in his own lived experience navigating a mental health crisis in childhood. Although he was fortunate to receive the support he needed at a critical time, he recognizes that many individuals and families in our community face barriers to accessing care.
Through his service on the Board of Directors, Paden is committed to supporting Counseling & Recovery Services of Oklahoma’s mission to build better lives for individuals and families living with behavioral health and substance use challenges. He is passionate about helping ensure that members of our community can access the support they need to live healthy, stable, and fulfilling lives.

YES Tulsa
YES Tulsa provides 24/7 trauma-informed crisis services for youth ages 5–17. Our licensed team offers emergency mental health screenings, medication management, substance use evaluations, and stabilization in a safe, family-style setting. We also coordinate follow-up care and referrals to ensure lasting support.
