Receptionist/Office Specialist (URC) (22-035) Benefits include: 3% annual merit increase potential with up to 4% annual bonus, 4% 403B employer contribution, Medical Plans, Dental Plan, Vision Plan, Life and AD&D Plans, Disability Plans, Pet Insurance Plan, and Generous vacation and sick time. The role of Office Specialist/Receptionist requires a High School Diploma or equivalent including business training of office management. Three years of experience in a business office setting with one or more years of experience in a crisis stabilization/ mental health setting preferred.

 Answering the phone as the first point of contact and referring to appropriate area, maintaining supply inventory within budget, preparing purchase orders, purchasing supplies, contacting vendors for bids and preparing bid reports to submit to Program Director greet all clients and visitors; notify the appropriate persons of their arrival, completing discharge CDC’s, and coordinate closure of discharged residents from GoHealth, assist with orientation of new URC staff members.
