Program Director (Sand Springs) (23-001)
Master’s degree in social services with 2 years experience in a supervisor role required. Clinical licensure required. Responsible for fiscal and clinical operations management for behavioral health center. Must demonstrate inspiring staff leadership and the ability to foster relationships across the company and the community. Must have strong understanding of fiscal monitoring. Must have knowledge of the mental health field and service delivery. Familiarity with CARF standards preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Must demonstrate computer proficiency. Also responsible for facility maintenance needs.
