By understanding how trauma impacts functioning and health, we lessen its effects, make connections about behaviors and events to problem solve, and create compassionate, healthy people and communities.

Outreach and Helping Connections Case Manager (21-039)
 The role of Helping Connections Care Coordinator requires a bachelor’s degree in the field of social or human services from a recognized university. Must have or be eligible for Case Management II certification. Minimum of one year experience working with adults with serious mental illness. Must demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and must be able to keep up with multiple priorities. In a collaborative manner provide outreach to potential clients in variety of settings while incorporating the entire family and supports in the treatment program, with a focus on their strengths as well as the client’s age, developmental level, and cultural heritage. Must demonstrate computer proficiency. Candidate must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Please submit resume and salary expectations to hr@crsok.org. (EEO)
