Kelsey Scott

Kelsey Scott is the Vice President of Finance and Human Resources at Sway Medical, Inc, a Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) company in Tulsa, OK. Kelsey is an executive with the rare ability to communicate culture and validate business strategy through numbers. She is passionate about empowering women and young adults to achieve their goals. Above all else, she is a wife and a mother to 2 sweet boys and strives to prove that success at work and success at home can be achieved simultaneously. Outside of CRSOK, Kelsey serves on the Finance Committee for the Housing Solutions Board of Directors. She is also a volleyball coach for middle school aged girls in the Tulsa area.  

Kelsey is passionate about the mission of CRSOK: to provide their services that are “inclusive and accessible to all”. Kelsey has watched her fellow friends, colleagues, and her young players struggle with their mental and behavioral wellness and has been on a journey to navigate the waters of her own grief that she has experienced in her life. She is excited to collaborate with a team that shares the same passion of the vision of CRSOK.
