Intake and Engagement Therapist (21-040) Requires a master’s degree in clinical counseling, social work, or other mental health related field. Candidates are expected to have or be eligible to obtain State Board licensure. (LPC, LMFT, LADC-MH, LBP, LCSW.) Have working knowledge of DSM-V. Ability to diagnose, intervene, and effectively refer persons in need of mental health services. This position provides assessments and treatment planning to children, adults and families. A successful candidate will be able to engage clients in the intake process and provide a welcoming environment in order for them to begin behavioral health services.
