Executive Assistant Requisition Number: 22:011 The role of Executive Assistant requires a minimum five years’ experience supporting an Executive Director, CEO, COO, or other similar senior-level executive. Related and appropriate educational training may be substituted for years of work experience. Bachelor’s degree is preferred. In addition, demonstrate proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office applications including creating report formats, working with formulas, sorting and other intermedial level functions.

Demonstrated ability to work with executives and to coordinate a high volume of diverse assignments, effectively handle competing priorities, and maintain attention to detail. Must have excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, ability to effectively prioritize multiple projects and manage deadline pressure with consistency and efficiency. Requires a high level of independent planning, judgment, and problem-solving skills. Must possess and demonstrate the ability to process complex information within established procedures/program and lead special projects as needs arise to accomplish pre-determined outcomes. Demonstrated ability to complete computer generated work in a highly proficient, accurate and timely manner. Ability to grasp and independently learn new software systems. Demonstrate initiative and take ownership of the scope of work as well as in other areas where skills can benefit others and the agency.  This position is designated as the primary administrator and trainer on the agency’s policy and procedure software system

Counseling & Recovery Services is a nonprofit funded through a contract with the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health & Substance Abuse Services, Medicaid, Medicare, and through charitable gifts. We also accept most private insurance as payment for services.
