Crisis Diversion Therapist (24-003) Benefits include: 3% annual merit increase potential with up to 4% annual bonus, 4% 403B employer contribution, Medical Plans, Dental Plan, Vision Plan, Life and AD&D Plans, Disability Plans, Pet Insurance Plan, and Generous vacation and sick time. The role of Crisis Diversion Therapist requires a master’s degree in mental health related discipline. Must be licensed or licensed eligible in the State of Oklahoma, e.g. LPC, LMFT, LBP or LCSW. Using integrated models of assessment, intervention, and recovery, including screening for co-occurring disorders, this position will be responsible for providing 24/7 telehealth crisis stabilization and linkage to appropriate services after business hours. Provide a range of accessible crisis services which divert individuals experiencing behavioral health crisis from inpatient psychiatric hospitalization, jail, and emergency rooms. Conducts evaluations to determine the level of care needs of individuals experiencing a crisis due to psychiatric or substance abuse problems.
