Counseling & Recovery Services of Oklahoma is proud to partner with other agencies to meet the mental health and substance abuse treatment needs of veterans, adults, children and families.

With these agencies, and many others in our community and state, we work to achieve our mission of helping build better lives through behavioral health and substance abuse services.

One call connects veterans, adults and children with community services. This is one of many critical services provided by the Community Service Council of Tulsa.

Community Outreach Psychiatric Services (COPES) – 918.744.4800

24/7 telephone and mobile crisis intervention for children and adults in Tulsa County.

Mental Health Association in Tulsa (MHAT) – 918.382.2482

Support groups and other services are available for people with mental health issues.

NAMI Tulsa – 918.583.6264

Peer support for people with mental health issues and their families.

Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS)          

Counseling & Recovery Services is one of 14 community mental health centers under ODMHSAS contract to provide services to adults and children. ODMHSAS also is a source of information about treatment and prevention programs statewide.

Counseling & Recovery Services is a nonprofit funded through a contract with the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health & Substance Abuse Services, Medicaid, Medicare, and through charitable gifts. We also accept most private insurance as payment for services.
