Andre Campbell, LMFT, LADC, became Counseling & Recovery Services of Oklahoma’s Clinical Director effective October 1, Executive Director Bryan K. Blankenship, Ph.D., announced. He has served as Children’s Clinical Director for the past two years, coming to Counseling & Recovery Services five years ago from DVIS to become Systems of Care Project Director. Andre serves on the Tulsa Partnership for Children’s Behavioral Health. As Children’s Clinical Director, he led development of a new program in Jenks Public Schools to reduce out-of-school suspensions and created a Broken Arrow Public Schools’ partnership to provide evidence-based treatment for 0-5-year-olds. Andre holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Oral Roberts University, is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and Supervisor, a Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor and Supervisor, Addiction Severity Index (ASI) assessor, and is trained in Domestic Violence Intervention Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy for PTSD. He also is a registered Circle of Security facilitator. In addition to his private practice, he served as an adjunct professor at Tulsa Community College. Adult Clinical Director Kim Benkert, Ph.D., left our agency Friday to move to Illinois due to her husband’s job transfer.

  • Sarah Phillips supervises Tulsa Adult Services staff.
  • Keith Hall supervises Adult and Children’s Health Homes.
  • Sara Mahan supervises Children’s Outpatient and School-Based Services staff.
  • Matthew Crum directs CALM Center operations and staff.
  • Allie Davis directs Sand Springs operations and staff.
To better serve clients and the community, a new Client Intake and Engagement Services Department is being created to help children and adults as they start services here, Andre said. “Ultimately, the changes being made will help create a clear vision of where we need to go to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and create clear outcomes we can show to the community. It also will create a sense of purpose and meaning for staff because they will see the outcomes for their hard work,” Andre said.
